A little bit

About Me

With a foundation built in aerospace engineering - where precision planning, uncompromising attention to detail, and flawless execution are non‑negotiable - I transitioned into designing and fabricating high-quality, bespoke, furniture pieces for discerning clients.

Although I grew up on the Canadian prairies in Manitoba, I spent a lot of time with my grandparents in Northern Ontario, where my grandfather owned a lumber mill. It was there that my deep appreciation for the beauty, character, and potential of wood first took root.

Carrie Servos Creations brings together my technical expertise, artistic eye, and my love for all things wood.

A Love For

All Things Wood

Each piece begins with the careful selection of the material, studying its grain and honouring the way wood naturally wants to move. Through patient and meticulous craftsmanship, raw timber is transformed into bespoke furniture.

I take pride in creating pieces that balance structural integrity and functionality with timeless design and aesthetic excellence. The result is furniture that is not only beautiful, but built to last—made-to-measure objects that bring the warmth of wood and a touch of nature inside your home.

Everyone needs a little

PLAYTIME

When I’m not working in the wood shop, I'm either petting cats and dogs, playing outside (running, cycling, hiking, or skiing), or continuing to hone my artistic skills through photography and oil painting.

My paintings and photographs are held in private collections in Canada, USA and the United Kingdom. My photographs have been featured by Canadian Geographic, Nikon Canada, The Weather Network, Epson America, and also by Apple in a billboard campaign at professional sports venues in Canada and the USA.

I currently live in Canmore, Alberta with my husband Andrew and our furry family, enjoying the great outdoors and exploring our Canadian Rocky Mountains.
